Job purpose:Handle HR administration and HR advising for the NL, control recruitment, training & development, Health & Safety, HR projects and employee relations.Administration:- Maintain & update HR database, and reporting.- Maintain personnel files and all personnel information.- Issue and control all paperwork for new employees. - Together with HR admin/payroll team, realization of HR Dashboard.- Process payroll changes, promotions & transfers.Advising:- Advise employees and management on HR topics.- Maintain and develop secondary benefits.- Advise on labour / legal cases.- Advising & coordinating Health & Safety tasks (CHSP/EHS/SWM).Recruitment:- Liaise with managers/supervisors on their recruitment needs.- Responsible for recruitment activities in working area.- Managing Temp agencies.- Control of selection process from 1st interview until job offer.Employee Relations:- Coordinate the set up and process of the Employee Relations Index.- Coordination of ERI focus groups.- Advising management about employee relations & issues.Employee Development:- Control of employee appraisals, transfers & promotions.- Control, coordinate and set up training programs.- Coordinate MAPP process.
