HR Advisor (fulltime) - vergevorderd stadium -
# General HR officer role assisting the HR Business Partner for Corporate Relations, Legal and HR in Amsterdam and the HRBP for Global Purchasing in Zoeterwoude. # Advise and support the related managers and directors on operational HR issues such as reducing sick leave, solving labour law issues, participate in recruitment interviews and coordinate performance management issues. # Draw up labour contracts and arrange international transfer documents. # Advise on and monitor efficient execution of HR policies & procedures, providing initiatives for improvement.# Contribute to the HR plan, provide the necessary management reports and ad hoc information to the business partners.# Participate in HR projects, coordinate processes with the HR Assistants and contribute to HR team meetings. # Residing in Amsterdam and Zoeterwoude (ca. 2 days a week). # Report to the HR Business Partners.
