You create and execute the strategy with regard to Human Resources Management. In this job role you are responsible for all HR activities and sparring partner for General Management. You develop proposals and formulate action plans for General Management concerning recruitment, staff development and training, organizational development, working conditions, employee benefits, illness and reintegration, dismissals, succession planning, performance appraisals and rewarding.
