- You advise and support the middle management in the implementation of personnel policy and in organisational and individual personnel issues- You contribute to the development and implementation of change processes from the HR perspective - You initiate, develop and implement, in consultation with the Manager HR, new HR tools and policy for the assigned field of expertise- You arrange recruitment and selection procedures for the assigned departments- You advise and mediate in organisational, departmental or personnel problems, in the social and labour rights fields and in individual career development- Arranging the accurate processing of all administration in co-operation with the HR and pay roll department
