* Actively support the operation of the business in the EMEA region by providing an effective and professional HR service. * The HR Advisor has a key role in rolling out Performance and Talent Management within the region.* Supervise the learning and professional growth in personal and career development of the employees. * The HR advisor helps with ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within the organisation. Equip employees with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation so they can accomplish the work, mission, and vision of the organisation.* Provide a comprehensive HR management advisory and consultancy service to staff and management. * Supports and contributes towards the general HR department activities as required.* Manage operational human resources related issues, including HR policies, administration and payroll.* Responsible for and participates in the recruitment process.
