Senior HR Advisor - Danone Place Schiphol
Acts as business partner for the Directors and Team leaders of the medical division for optimum human resources; Your accountabilities are:- Recruitment (supported by Corporate Recruiter and/or 3rd party);- Induction (ensuring medical participation in induction day in close cooperation with DPS HR manager, organizing trainings);- Individual and team development (supported by DPS HR Manager for training, OD&L&D Director as consultant for development);- Talent management/retention (coordination and preparation of People Review & Succession Planning, manage career development);- Illness case management;- Performance management (implementing the defined PDR cycle & processes);- Compensation & benefits management (implementing comp & ben policies and managing ASR process defined by corporate HR);- Exit case management (with support from company lawyer);- Liaise with Works Council as necessary for Medical Nutrition specific initiatives, with support from DPS HR Manager Shared Services;- Supports deployment of Corporate and/or Divisional HR programs for DPS Medical Nutrition; - Ensure compliance with Dutch law, internal HR processes and Danone way of working and up to date administration and management information (i.e. org. charts, vacancy overviews);- Report to the People & Competencies Development Manager - Marketing & Medical global.
