In this role you will be responsible for the following Human Resources activities. Realizing HR objectives supporting the business in alignment with company policy, in order to contribute to the organizational performance. Developing and leading the organization in attracting, developing and retaining diverse and superior talent. Advising and supporting, within the boundaries of the company policy and legal aspects, managers and departments during the recruitment of individual contributors and middle management in order to meet the requested organizational capabilities. Efficiently and effectively implementing the HR programs, processes and policies required to manage the role and engage employees. Preparing statistics & reports for management. Encouraging an open and candid operating environment. Serving as a change agent to move the organization forward.
