HR Manager full time (HBO/Universitair) - Lincoln
-Manage and improve day-to-day duties in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee development, employee evaluation , administration and communication. -Identify core business issues and raise awareness of any possible liability to the business and serve as the liaison between employees, management and HR Europe. -Manage and improve all HR policies, programs, documents and processes; and provide HR administrative support to Managers and Supervisors, in tactical and policy related situations.-Lead & facilitate key change initiatives within the Smitweld site with regards to employees, organisation and processes.-Assist management in identifying talent to fill open positions that meet LE talent agenda and identifying successors for key roles.-Challenge Managers on HR & Organisational issues.-Maintain professional knowledge.-Demonstrate a tactful, and diplomatic behavior, due to the confidential, and delicate nature of the HR issues this role is faced with.
