HR Manager (HBO) - Exact personeelsintermediair Den
- Act as a trusted Partner to assigned business area, to support business planning and operational decision-making of the business unit management teams. - Deliver and support with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy business as usual' activities.- Provide the businesses with expertise in HR, organisational development and change interventions, delivering HR Divisional plans and business area goals, so as to translate business needs and plans into organisation/people solutions with minimal risk and ensuring efficient & effective deployment of resources.- Support development of talent within assigned business unit and work with Business to ensure development in place and delivered.- Identify and ensure that the right level/mix of HR expertise is applied to meet identified business projects. - Develop and implement with the business units, actions plans in response to the results of the annual People Survey. Ensure sharing of best practise/ideas across colleagues in EMEA HR team, to drive consistent approach.- Effectively manage recruitment as required by the business.- Maintain a customer focus both internally and externally to encourage speed of response and standards of service.
