Leading role in HR for an international renowned player in FMCG. This HR manager plays a key role in both organization and the management team. With a direct report to the CEO he or she will focus on measurable HR results and professionalizing HR processes. On the short term this concerns development of the competency map and implementation of the review process and other HR processes.On a longer term the role concerns creating stability and robustness in all HR processes and guiding and leading the cultural change.Challenge for an experienced HR manager, confident to be a sparring partner for both business and CEO.Remuneration The organization has an excellent remuneration package and a.o. a pension and incentive scheme.
