HR Manager(1,0 FTE) Purpose of the job:Together with your team members you are a driving force in HR initiatives that have impact on the organization as a whole. The focus of the HR team is on organizational change management, associate development, resourcing, planning and staffing, rewarding and salary proposals, performance and potential managementTasks and responsibilities:·Prepare, verify, roll out company guidelines and rules·Responsible for staffing and staff planning·Settle and verify employment contracts·Initiate, develop and improve in employee development·Advise associates and management on several HR topics·Take lead in several HR projects·Coach and manage the HR teamTo prepare you for this challenging opportunity there is a possibility for an introduction program of one year, including short assignments abroad.
