HR Manager NL (AC5345) (HBO/Universitair) - Personato
For an international high tech organization is Personato Werving en Selectie looking for a HR Manager Netherlands. You will be the local HR business partner for our Business Groups in The Netherlands. This means you'll partner with and support a team with the total size of around 100 employees. To support these teams well, you'll work closely together with local and corporate management. In general you will ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures and practices. You are expected to take a proactive and leading role in: advising and supporting managers and employees on all relevant HR topics, labour relations, relation with Workers Council, development of labour conditions, change management, employee/ talent management, recruitment & selection, career mobility, health- and environment management, solid in legal HR procedures. In addition you are a hand-on profession who is able to deal with all relevant administrative HR processes & tools, including working with external service providers.
