HR Manager Retail Operations REPEAT Cashmere (MBO/HBO)

As Human Resource Manager you manage all administrative tasks for REPEAT's retail operations in the Netherlands. You're responsible for the execution of HR policies and for the drafting and administration of contracts and agreements. In addition, your responsibilities include the recruitment of new and retaining of existing staff members. Also, evaluating and enhancing the performance of existing staff members as well as assisting the management in the Netherlands are part of your duties. On a regular basis, you will visit our retail stores to implement/evaluate/enhance HR policies on-site.
