We seek a HR Manager Supply Chain - Main Land Europe.You will cover all of Supply Chain Mainland Europe (MLE), with around 600 employees.The role reports to the BHR Manager Supply Chain Tata Steel Europe and is the Business Partner for the Director Supply Chain MLE in IJmuiden.Key to the role is pro-actively analysing the organisation, developing the appropriate HR strategy and delivering this strategy. You involve the HR Centres of Expertise and HR Operations in thisYou will be actively involved in implementing the new Supply Chain OrganisationThe role is based in IJmuiden and managed through the Tata Steel Europe Supply Chain and HR Functions. You are comfortable with this complexity, implementing IJmuiden HR policies and procedures and influencing them to reflect our New Operating Model at the same time.
