Our client is a leading global supplier of marine propulsion systems. As a member of the management team the HR Director will create, develop and implement HR instruments, policies and processes, advise managing director and line managers on compensation and benefits, recruitment, legal affairs, contracting, training, development and performance management. You will implement the strategy and improvement decisions and participate in strategy development processes. Preferably experience with organizational development within an international engineering company and multicultural environment. Change-willingness, stress-tolerance and teamplayer.
