For a service provider is Personato Werving en Selectie looking for a HR Manager.Manage and develop the employment policies, and maintain compliance with employment regulations. Direct all performance management and training and development initiatives for the location. Develop and conduct in-house training programs, particularly in the area of leadership coaching. Hands-on leadership of all payroll functions including monthly payroll and period close with ADP and Finance. Oversee all recruiting and key staffing needs that arise. Control all relationships with temp agencies to fill key seasonal staffing requirements. Act as company representative and facilitator of the Employee Works Council. Investigate and resolve all employee relations issues. Provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to management. Supervise expatriate procedures and international exchanges. Produce monthly management reports and reporting analytics on headcount and labor spend. Prepare annual plans and budgets for HR spending. Manage the pension plan and facilitate insurance plans. Manage and train staff on absence management. Serve as business partner and close peer to the Operations Management team. Keep safety regulations up to date, including risk assessments and follow-up to safaty concerns.
