Learning & Development Manager - Danone
- Analyse and formalize L&D needs at division level (both Baby Nutrition and Medical Nutrition Division); - Design and roll-out learning solutions: detailed needs analysis, module design and construction, participation in pilot sessions, craft and follow-up roll-out and results, revise on learning; - Facilitate and co-ordinate ongoing training programs (Marketing Academy, Leadership Development, etc);- Develop new training methods, build on current training programs, and implement the roll-out of different training programs on global level;- Work closely together with key persons (Managers and L&D of DANONE Group) at different levels around the world to expand the global L&D program for both divisions;- You report to the Directors OD of Baby and Medical Nutrition and work together with your L&D colleagues in Paris.
