Regional Human Resources Manager
Our client is an NGO and is seeking for a mature HR Professional to lead a dynamic team in 8 countries in West & Central Africa. This professional will be part of the regional management team and will report directly to the Regional Director. Next to that he/she will be part of the global HR team and will report to the Chief HR Officer who is located in the Netherlands. Main responsibilities: Leadership of HRM network and activities in region WCA Responsibility for development and implementation of regional HR Strategy Strategic support to the Regional Director and the Directors in the countries We are seeking for candidates with a strong track record and at least 7 years experience in HR and Development Leadership in an international and decentralized organizational context. You have a practical, hands-on approach and customer service orientation. Well-developed communicative, organizational and time management skills. Multicultural and international experience. Fluently in Dutch, English and French. Frequent travel (mainly in the region). You can start immediately Good freelance package 3 to 4 months
