Senior Recruiter (Benelux) - Amsterdam
On behalf of a fast growing international IT company, pz Search is urgently looking for a senior recruiter (Benelux). The recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process. Identifies all possible (current and future) vacancies and composes accurate candidate specifications. The recruiter actively screens applicants against both current and pipeline vacancies through various methods, including referrals and recruitment fairs. Advises the Benelux business on the best recruitment practices for their (ict) roles. He or she works with recruitment agencies to establish strong working relationships and candidate sources. The recruiter screens, conducts interviews with candidates and submits them to the Hiring Managers. Is responsible for job offer proposals. Uses proactive recruitment methods, ensures high quality candidate experience and creates a recruitment brand to become employer of choice. Candidates should have at least three years of allround recruitment experience within an international (IT) environment. The recruiter we are looking for has an understanding for complex organisations and a mindset for changes. Is an excellent organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in both Dutch and English. The ideal candidate has in-house IT recruitment experience within the Benelux. Offered is a fulltime permanent position within a dynamic, international environment.
