Junior Recruiter (HBO/Universitair) - Booking.com BV,
As recruiter you are responsible for identifying, sourcing, attracting and hiring of top candidates for current positions for any of our 30+ offices worldwide and building a database to meet our current and future staffing needs.You will report to the Recruitment Manager and work in the Human Resources Department from our Head Office in Amsterdam. You strongly liaise with Management, other recruiters and HR Managers.Key responsibilities:* Develop sourcing strategy for talent identification for positions; quality, cost-effective and speed driven; * Attract, source, and identify candidates through direct search, networking, and advertising to fill positions; * Build and maintain global networks of specialists in specific areas; * Initiate and conduct screening, including phone interviews, reference checks and depending on the vacancy, be part of competency based assessment and interview rounds; * Manage third party suppliers for designated roles including* Agencies, research, online job boards, social media and business tools; * Maintain recruitment databases, e-files, effectively using the applicant tracking and reporting system.
