Management Assistant HR (HBO/VWO) - Young Executive
For our client we are looking for a Management Assistant HR (0,4 fte) for the Vice President HR as well as the HR Department. You're responsible for:- General support to the Vice President HR (VP HR) and the HR team, incl. full responsibility for dealing with correspondence.- Full responsibility of diary management: responding to internal/external requests for meetings/workshops/customer events, etc.- Responsibility of management of the mailbox VP HR- Act as an interface within the HR department and the international HR organization- Preparation of travel schedule for arrangements (flights, trains, taxi, hotel bookings).- Responsible for workflow management: ensure all approvals (Purchase Orders, vacation requests, etc) are processed.- Ensure expenses are correctly submitted & reimbursed.- General office duties incl. sending out information & faxes, photocopying of documents.- Keep track of HR team members absences from office i.e. holidays and work visits.- Producing letter and presentations from dictation, notes or own composition.- Minute all team meeting & distribute & follow up on all action points. - Responsible for accurate delivery (timeline, scope, form) of required reporting- Planning & management of small projects (incl. reporting)- Full responsibility for communication and implementation of corporate guidelines in administration & office management.
