The Recruitment team is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process. They are not only focused on developing new recruitment strategies, advertising opportunities and visiting recruitment events (national/international), but they are also involved in the entire interview and hiring process. Within the team you will be working closely with two other recruiters and a job market communication specialist. The IT recruiter will be sourcing applicants in a highly competitive candidate driven market. With your excellent networking and communication skills, you are able to find the needle in the haystack.
